The Trust Me menu keeps the order focused

Trust Me menus are a fixed progression of sashimi, nigiri, and hand rolls. Choose the menu that matches your appetite, then let the courses arrive as intended instead of building a long order piece by piece.

The current menu is the best place to check selections, availability, and prices for your restaurant. The listed menu price does not include the 16% fee added to the bill, which is not a gratuity or tip.

When the sushi arrives

Each piece is prepared for that moment

Fish is cut to order, rice is served warm and loosely packed, and hand rolls are folded just before serving. The meal is designed to move from sashimi through nigiri and into hand rolls, with each course arriving when its temperature and texture are where they should be.
