Choose a Trust Me menu, settle in, and let the courses arrive as intended. Each course is prepared and seasoned in the Nozawa style, so substitutions are not part of the Trust Me format.
Chef Kazunori Nozawa has spent 50 years focused on sushi. That perspective keeps the experience deliberately simple: fish cut to order, warm and loosely packed rice, and seasoning chosen for the piece before it reaches the table.
For a first visit, the format answers the usual question of what to order. Sashimi opens the meal, nigiri gives it rhythm, and hand rolls arrive while the nori is still crisp. The sequence makes room to enjoy what is in front of you instead of deciding what should come next.
