SUGARFISH La Brea is a sushi restaurant at 101 South La Brea Ave., serving sushi in a clear sequence. Choose a Trust Me menu, then let sashimi, nigiri, and hand rolls arrive in the Nozawa style instead of building a long order one piece at a time.
